OUR PRO SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO BUILD WINNING TEAMS
We now know why Esports Athlete’s under perform.
Highly talented athletes are recruited by teams and immediately asked for peak, professional performance. Without qualified professional coaching, the result is a soon to be an over trained and undernourished athlete performing below their actual abilities.
Poor physical health coupled with the stress of being a competitor will slowly erode any athlete’s performance. The results can be tilted athletes, lost matches and winnings, lost time and energy restructuring teams due to burnout and retirement.
Without specific fitness, nutrition and stress management tools, most gamers will turn to quick and easy fixes. Left unstructured, these choices will lead to depletion of essential elements needed to match the demands of competitive performance.
A new system of Peak Performance Coaching has been developed.
Building a sustainable daily structure is key to improving performance. We drive athlete and team performance with structured mental, physical and nutritional systems.
Winning at the pro level is not handed to you simply because you have talent. Top teams invest in full time performance coaches who understand the science of winning.
Our professional coaches systematically isolate problems and integrate solutions. Combining data analysis and coaching, we build a cohesive, responsive structure that supports and unites the team.
