Wrist pain sucks! It causes the most avid gamer to take breaks at the worst times and the most pro gamers to retire. Sitting at a desk, poor posture and forearm position across the corner of your desk all contribute to cutting off blood flow and nerve pinching. For perspective, the wrist is equivalent to tires on a race car. Worn down, race car tires will cause the racer to under perform and with enough damage a forfeit is inevitable. With cars you can easily change tires, you cant just swap your wrist for a new one, but there are things you can do right now, today, that will make a difference and reverse the damage done.
